This is an online consultation with a periodontist.

The consultation takes place via your preferred communication platform: Zoom, Skype, Viber or Telegram.

Cost of an online consultation …… 900 UAH

Duration of the online consultation …… 15–30 minutes.

• Clearly state the reason for your visit, your symptoms, and any referrals from other doctors
• X-ray (panoramic X-ray or CT scan of both jaws, taken no more than 1 year ago)
• Photos of the oral cavity (preferably with good lighting and high quality). Patients from other cities often have photos taken at other dental clinics and send them to us.

If you have any additional test results (photos, blood tests, X-rays, discharge summaries from other clinics, periodontal records, etc.) — you can email them in advance to periocenter.main@gmail.com (please ensure you include your full name in the subject line).

We recommend joining the consultation on time so that it can be conducted in full and you can clarify any questions you may have.
